RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

All items must carry its label and be in its original state.

Under Law 7/1996 (January 15) of the Retail Trade, you have 14 working days, from the reception of your order, to make the return.

All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Note that the colours of the garments may vary depending on the calibration and resolution of each screen.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Choose one of the following options:

 

  1.    Pick up at your door by MBE Mail Boxes Etc.

Send an email to comercial@multiboxes.com with name, surname, address, phone and pickup time or call +34 938 708 281.

*This service is only available in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom and Sweden excluding overseas territories of any of these countries  and Gibraltar.

*This service costs 15€, which will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.

 

 

  1.    Contact another “door to door” service of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL…) 

 

 

  1.    Certified Mail (Registered mail) at your local post office.

As soon as we get your return, we will refund you the money (through the same paying method you used) after checking the garment is in its original condition and carries the original labels.

CHANGE FOR SIZE, COLOR OR ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT

If you want a change for size, colour or an alternative product, you can make a new purchase online and RETURN THE ITEM not wanted.

As soon as we get your return we will reimburse you from Headquarters.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO SPAIN…

If you are going to Barcelona, Girona or Madrid within 14 working days after receiving your order, you may also make the return in a store.

When you arrive at the store, please show the invoice attached to your purchase.

 

From headquarters, we will reimburse you the money through the same method you used to make the online purchase.

If you want a change for size, colour or an alternative product, you will have to make a new purchase in the store. (Headquarters will reimburse you via Internet).
